With certifications in addiction recovery, grief and holistic wellness, I have the expertise, passion and personal experience to help families and friends impacted by a loved one’s substance use, who are confused, feel helpless and are grieving, to become educated, empowered and able to support recovery for their loved one and themselves.
Offering an empathetic, person-centered approach, I guide you in understanding, awareness and action. And for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one I will walk with you, compassionately, with gentle witnessing and care to lighten the heavy burden of your loss.
